Gar's Lair

Well, if finally happened after years of trying, I managed to get a house. It isn’t where I wanted it but it will do for now.

I’ve tried getting just the right plot for years with no success. So, I finally did the expedient thing, I traveled to ever available plot for a private buyer and found the one with the lowest bids.

That worked. There were two other bidders and the Random Number Gods rolled in my favor.

Originally, I was going to make it into a residence but looks like I’ll be using my apartment for a while longer. I am setting it up as a Sushi Bar & Tavern so my FC has a place to gather until they get a house.

As always, we will see how it evolves.
